We offer complimentary express shipping for all Australian and New Zealand orders. Insurance is included for all parcels over $1500 and will be sent via DHL or FedEx Priority. Our shipping is a carbon-neutral service and will take between 1-4 business days within Australia and 5-15 business days for international shipping.

A signature is required upon delivery, and every parcel is tracked while in transit. None of the shipping times quoted by DHL, Australia Post, or FedEx is guaranteed. Allow adequate time for production, processing, and shipping. 

International Orders

International orders are shipped via AusPost Express, DHL Express Service or FedEx Priority. If you would like to know the shipping cost to your location before making a purchase, please get in touch with us. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may be incurred once the parcel reaches its destination. A refund will not be issued if you refuse to pay the applicable duties/fees for your order based on your order value and delivery location. Upon return of your order due to unpaid duties/fees, you are responsible for the costs of redelivery.

Packaging

We package all of our pieces in Periapt Studio personalised boxes with important care information and details about your item. The outer box we use for delivery is plain so that others won't notice the piece when it is shipped or received. Our goal is to keep our carbon footprint low, so we sometimes package multiple items in the same shipping box when you order more than one item.
